The present invention can provide a light-transmitting electromagnetic-shielding laminate, wherein two or more layers including an electromagnetic wave-shielding layer are laminated by a (meth)acrylate-based adhesive composition comprising a (meth)acrylate monomer, a (meth)acrylate oligomer, and at least one selected from the group consisting of an acrylamide derivative, a silane compound and an organic phosphorus compound. The present invention can also provide a light-transmitting radio wave absorber, wherein a resisting layer, a dielectric spacer, and a reflecting layer are laminated by a (meth)acrylate-based adhesive composition comprising a (meth)acrylate monomer, a (meth)acrylate oligomer, and at least one selected from the group consisting of an acrylamide derivative, a silane compound and an organic phosphorus compound.
