PURPOSE: A data authentication method and a system thereof are provided to minimize difference between business data and actual business by authenticating whether to manage business data in company database. CONSTITUTION: An object item determining unit(110) determines a business rule object item. A business rule configuration unit(115) configures business rule information which is applied to metadata. An application object determining unit(120) determines a business rule object item which is matched to the business rule information. A data authenticator(130) inspects the conformance of the business rule based on metadata.
