SCRIBING WHEEL

PURPOSE: A scribing wheel is provided to increase lifetime of scribing wheel which has grooves formed along the circumference ridge of a scribing wheel. CONSTITUTION: A scribing wheel has V shaped blade edges along the columnar portion of the disc shaped wheel. A plurality of U shaped grooves(14) is formed at the end of the blade. A depth of the plurality of U shaped grooves is marked as d1 and forms a plurality of protrude. The groove and protrude cross in order to make intersection points. A tangent line crossing angle(alpha 1) which is made by 2 tangent lines is 90 to 135 degree.
