PURPOSE: A refrigerator having an ultraviolet-ray LED(Light Emitting Diode) is provided to effectively remove harmful materials and bacteria propagating inside a refrigerator by using an ultraviolet-ray LED and deodorize air inhaled into or discharged from an internal space of a refrigerator. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator comprises an evaporator, a return duct, a cold air supply fan, a frame(300), and an ultraviolet-ray LED(700). The evaporator cools contacted air. The return duct comprises a cold air inlet and returns air passed through the cold air inlet in a freezing compartment and cold storage room to the evaporator. The cold air supply fan inhales the air cooled in the evaporator and sends to the freezing compartment and cold storage room through a cold air outlet comprised in the freezing compartment and cold storage room. The frame is installed in an edge portion of the cold air outlet or cold air inlet. The ultraviolet-ray LED is toward the central part of the frame and arranged in the frame.
