Container (1) comprises: a wall (3) having a delimiting cavity (4) and an opening; many particles (8) which are filled into the cavity of the container; and a closure cap (9) closing the opening, which has a filling opening, and in which a discharge end of a blood-containing syringe is positioned to fill the blood of the syringe into the cavity of the container, where the dimensions of the filling opening are such that the particles are too large for the filling opening, and do not pass through it. A vent gap is provided between the discharge end and the inside of the feed opening. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a system for producing conditioned blood composition, preferably interleukin-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1Ra), comprising a container and a discharge end having a syringe, where a vent gap is provided between the discharge end and the inside of the feed opening; and (2) producing a conditioned blood composition, preferably IL-1Ra, comprising positioning the discharge end of a syringe containing blood in the filling opening of a container so that the venting gap is present, filling the blood from the syringe into the cavity of the container, and centrifuging the container with the blood to prepare the conditioned blood composition. |
