PURPOSE: An organic-inorganic hybrid mesoporous silica material and the use of the same are provided to secure the superior absorption characteristic with respect to amino acid. CONSTITUTION: An inorganic material and an organic material are covalent-bonded to obtain a carbon pore wall forming precursor. The precursor is one selected from 1,4-bis(triethoxysilyl)benzene, 4,4'-bis(triethoxysilylbiphenyl), bis[3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl]amine. A block copolymer is prepared as a main form. The main form is capable of being ternary polymer selected from, poly(ethylene oxide)-block-poly(propylene oxide)-block-poly(ethylene oxide) or poly(propylene oxide)-block-poly(ethylene oxide)-block-poly(propylene oxide). The main form is capable of being biopolymer binary copolymer selected from poly(ethylene oxide)-block-poly(styrene) or poly(4-vinylpyridine)poly-styrene.
