PURPOSE: A flying device composed of torque offset unit, rolling controller, pitching controller which are individually controlled is provided to reduce the number of actuators necessary for flight and to reduce manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A flying device composed of torque offset unit comprises a housing(10), a propeller(20), a torque offsetting part(30), a rolling controller(40), and a pitching controller(50). The housing has an internal space vertically passing through up and down. The propeller is arranged on the upper part of an internal space of the housing and inversely or forwardly rotated using the power of a motor(5). The torque offsetting part is arranged on the lower part of the propeller and offsets the reaction torque to rotate the housing by using the driving force of the propeller. The rolling control part is arranged on the lower part of the torque offsetting part and moving the housing back and forth. The pitching controller is arranged near the rolling controller to move the housing side to side.
