The groove on the wall surface of the axle hole has at least one set of multiple recesses (39) formed thereon. The housing has a through axial cavity to house the assembly. The assembly has at least one storage chamber (15) to store lubricating media. The notches on at least one set of adjacent elements form at least one set of multiple fine flow passages (32) communicating with the storage chamber and axial hole.</p>
