ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY PLACARD USING BAMBOO FIBERS

PURPOSE: An eco-friendly banner having bamboo fiber is provided to prevent residues after incinerating and discharging of toxic materials. CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly banner contains 60-80 wt% of bamboo fiber and 20-40 wt% of one or more selected among cotton fiber, PLA fiber, layon fiber, and PET fiber. The cotton fiber improves ink coloring degree of the banner. The PLA fiber is prepared by spinning and molding PLA(poly lactic acid). The layon fiber reinforces tensile strength of the banner fabric. The PET fiber is a synthetic fiber using polyethylene terephthalate polymers.
