PURPOSE: A smart card which adaptively controls the frequency of a clock signal is provided to increase the performance of a smart card by adaptively controlling the frequency of a clock signal. CONSTITUTION: An internal voltage generator(100) generates a first internal voltage and a second internal voltage based on an input voltage which is received through an antenna. A clock generator(200) receives first and second internal voltages and generates a clock signal which a frequency is changed according to a level of the first internal voltage. An internal circuit(300) receives the clock signal and the second internal voltage. |
