PURPOSE: A three dimensional biosensor by MID(molded interconnect device) is provided to lower complexity and cost and to improve performance of the biosensor. CONSTITUTION: A biosensor is produced by forming a three dimensional structure of a reaction electrode and signal transduction part on the surface of a polymer using 3D MID(molded interconnect device). The biosensor is manufactured by laser direct structuring process, 2-shot injection molding, flex foil film-insert overmolding, metal spraying technique, primer technology(metal printing), or hot stamping. The polymer is plastic. The biosensor further comprises a reagent and spacer or cover. |
