PURPOSE: A device and a method for manufacturing a sheet bonded with single yarns are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by directly bonding single yarns on a sheet. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for manufacturing a sheet bonded with single yarns comprises a sheet supply roll(120), a laminating roll(130), an extruder, and a winding roll(140). The sheet supply roll supplies a sheet(125) to the laminating roll. Single yarns(119) pass through the laminating roll and are solidified on the sheet. The extruder supplies the single yarns to the sheet passing through the laminating roll. The winding roll winds the sheet having flow paths formed by the single yarns.
