摘要 PURPOSE: A fluorescence detecting optical system and a multi-channel fluorescence detecting device having the same are provided to measure a plurality of minute chambers on real time by one fluorescence detecting module and fluorescence from the plurality of minute chambers in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A fluorescence detecting optical system(100) comprises a light source(101), a collimating lens(110), an objective lens(130), a photo detector(160), a beam splitter(116), and a beam processing lens(120). The light source emits excitation light. The collimating lens make the emitted excitation light as collimated lights. The objective lens make images by the excitation light on a minute chamber(11) of a minute fluid device. The photo detector measures the intensity of fluorescence signals generated in the minute chamber by the excitation light. The beam splitter transmits the excitation light emitted from the light source to the objective lens by reflecting or penetrating. The beam splitter transmits the fluorescence signals generated in the minute chamber to the photo detector by reflecting or penetrating.
