CONSTITUTION: A producing method of pig bones and potato soup comprises the following steps: removing shells from edible snails, and washing the obtained flesh before boiling in fresh water; mixing the boiled snail flesh, the fresh water, soju, crataegus pinnatifida, ginger, glycyrrhizae radix, and other ingredients, and boiling the mixture for 40 minutes; adding fermented soybean paste, angelica gigas, astragalus membranaceus, garlic, and other ingredients, and secondly boiling the mixture for 20 minutes; grinding the boiled mixture with fresh water, inserting the mixture into a steamer, and adding the fresh water, the garlic, the fermented soybean paste, and the ginger before boiling the mixture for 10 minutes; adding vegetables and seasonings into the mixture, and boiling to obtain snail stock; boiling pig bones after removing blood; inserting the boiled pig bones with potato, lentinus edodes, green pumpkin, flammulina velutipes, and other vegetables into a pan; and pouring the snail stock into the pan, and boiling.
