PURPOSE: An expansion joint device having an adjustable angle is provided to improve stability by fixing the expansion joint device in which an angle is adjusted using a coupling plate. CONSTITUTION: An expansion joint device(30) having an adjustable angle comprises a pair of plate parts(10) and rotation parts(20). The plate parts are composed of a horizontal plate(11) and a vertical plate(12). The rotation parts are formed in one end or both ends of the plate parts. An inclined part(13) is formed in the end of the vertical plate in which the rotation parts are formed.
