PURPOSE: A key pad device of a portable communication device is provided to reduce manufacturing costs without an EL sheet by including a waveguide sheet unit integrated with a plurality of print surfaces to control brightness. CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board includes a dome switch(111) and a light emitting device(112). A waveguide sheet unit(120) is formed on the upper side of the dome switch. The waveguide sheet unit includes a waveguide hole(121), a reflection sheet unit(122), and a pressure protrusion. A plurality of print surfaces(130) are integrated with the upper side of the waveguide sheet unit. A key pad(140) is formed on the upper side of the print surface to diffuse light of the waveguide sheet unit to the outside.
