PURPOSE: An apparatus for reinforcing and supporting a support pipe of a road sign board is provided to improve the durability of a support pipe against external force by preventing the support pipe from becoming distorted. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for reinforcing and supporting a support pipe of a road sign board is composed as follows. Multiple support plates(3a,3b,3c,3d) are coupled to multiple coupling grooves(5a,5b,5c,5d) and support a support pipe(4). The support plates are formed in the top and bottom of the front plate of a bracket. The bracket is formed in a band piece(1A) of a fastening band(1). The coupling grooves are formed in the top and bottom of the support pipe. A support bar of a sign board is inserted into the support pipe.
