PURPOSE: A composition containing an anti-CD2 antibody and anti-NKG2D antibody is provided to suppress natural killer cell activation. CONSTITUTION: A composition for suppressing immune response in NK cells contains an anti-CD2 antibody or anti-NKG2D antibody as an active ingredient. The composition contains a combination of the anti-CD2 antibody and anti-NKG2D antibody as an active ingredient. The antibodies are a monoclonal antibody. The composition suppresses immune rejection to xenogeneic organ, tissue or cells.
