PURPOSE: A Light emitting device and a light unit including the same are provided to uniformly distribute light by providing a spacer to blocking the contact of a light exit surface of a light emitting device and a light entrance surface of a light guide plate. CONSTITUTION: A package body(10) includes a cavity(15) having an opened top part. A plurality of electrode plates(32,33) is separated on a floor side of the cavity. A light emitting diode(50) is electrically connected to the plurality of electrode plates. A resin layer(40) is formed within the cavity. A spacer(35) is expanded from at least one of the plurality of electrode plates. |
