PURPOSE: A control monitoring system for rapid disconnection is provided to accurately check the disconnection by distinguishing the disconnection of lines which do not connect a common data signal line. CONSTITUTION: A mother station(6) shares data with a plurality of terminals through data signal lines. The terminal includes a main station and a sub station. A shortage detector(79) combines index address data of an index address detection unit(62) and END response data of a response data extractor(78). The shortage detector determines the shortage of the main station or the sub station if the END response data is off.
