A winch in an LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) re-gasification vessel is provided to reliably draw an ocean buoy with sufficient force even in enlarging a space around a turret on a ship. A winch in an LNG re-gasification vessel includes a multi-layer platform structure and a winch unit(52). The multi-layer platform structure has a first platform(562) supported by a plurality of first supports, a second platform(564) supported by a plurality of second supports erected by the first platform, and a third platform(566) supported by a plurality of third supports elected by the second platform. The winch unit has at least one guide roller(522,524) and a driving unit(526). The guide roller guides a rope. The driving unit draws the guided rope. The guide roller and the driving unit are installed at a position different from the platform structure.
