PURPOSE: A complex spring apparatus with a nonlinear wire rope spring and a nonlinear polyurethane spring for strong earthquake absorption is provided to absorb instantaneous load and horizontal pressure vibration by a nonlinear polyurethane spring. CONSTITUTION: A nonlinear wire rope spring(1) removes the vibration of a distribution panel or electrical devices. A wire rack(2) fixes the nonlinear wire rope spring at regular intervals to wind the nonlinear wire rope spring into the shape of a helical coil at regular intervals. The wire rack comprises an upper wire rack(21) and a lower wire rack(22). A polyurethanes spring(3) absorbs instantaneous and dynamic pressure due to strong earthquake, thereby reducing the amplitude of the nonlinear wire rope spring. An upper base(4) is fixed on the top of the upper wire rack. A lower base(5) is fixed to the lower part of the lower wire rack.
