PURPOSE: A squeegee gap controlling device of a screen printer is provided to manufacture a high-quality printed circuit substrate because printing on a screen is possible, to enhance the productivity, and to remarkably reduce a fraction defective. CONSTITUTION: A squeegee gap controlling device of a screen printer comprises a gap adjusting guide member(100), a gap adjusting elastic member(200), and a guide bracket(300). The gap adjusting guide member is symmetrically joined to right and left sides of a horizontal direction of a squeegee blade(10). The gap adjusting guide member is prepared so that the squeegee blade maintains a constant interval from the master surface while contacting to the master surface. The gap adjusting elastic member prevents expansion phenomenon and ringing of the squeegee blade when the squeegee blade moves back and forth while contacting with the master surface. The gap adjusting elastic member is formed into a coil spring so that an elastic force is individually applied to a moving direction of the squeegee and an opposite direction of a squeegee pressurization direction. The guide bracket is fixed and joined to a holding member(20).
