COMPOSITION FOR HEAT RESISTANCE CERAMIC WARE

PURPOSE: A body composition for heat-resistant porcelain is provided to lower manufacturing cost by applying crushed material of intermediate product to the body of heat-resistant porcelain in a proper rate. CONSTITUTION: A body composition for heat-resistant porcelain comprises 50-60 weight% of petalite, 3-8 weight% of talc, 15-25 weight% of kaolin, and 15-25 weight% of black clay. The body composition for heat-resistant porcelain additionally includes the crushed material of intermediate product. The crushed material of an intermediate product for the heat-resistant porcelain is crushed material of heat-resistant porcelain which is created after a soft bake or a post-bake. The crushed material of intermediate product for heat-resistant porcelain is included within 8-15 weight% range based on total weight. The crushed material of intermediate product is pulverized to 0.5-5mm before mixing with the rest components.
