PURPOSE: A board material for finishing a floor and a wall using native rock is provided to improve appearance of the floor and wall. CONSTITUTION: A board material for finishing a floor and a wall using native rock comprises a native rock surface plate(10), a reinforcement plate(20) and a foundation plate(30-1). The native rock surface plate is cut as fixed length and width and has fixed thickness. The reinforcement plate is cut as fixed length and width to correspond to the length and width of the native rock surface plate and attached to bottom of the native rock surface plate. The foundation plate is cut to be bigger than the native rock surface plate and has a side receiving part(40-1) and an end receiving part. The connecting between the side receiving part and the end receiving part has lateral couple structure.
