The system has an interface for system settings. A reversible sensor i.e. radio wave receiver, is formed of an actuator. A first microcontroller comprising configurable input-outputs is interconnected with reversible components (105, 107) by an input-output power amplification stage. Second and third microcontrollers are provided with respective safety functions and energy control functions. A data base stores parameters of the components. A fuel cell (106) produces, stores and supplies energy and raw materials in the form of gas. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing energy.
