PURPOSE: A pre-mixing burner having dual flame holes is provided to extend the life of a burner by absorbing the thermal expansion of the surface of the burner by overlapping a plurality of plates and forming burner flame holes. CONSTITUTION: A pre-mixing burner(1) having dual flame holes comprises a body(10). Some of a plurality of plates(100~170,210,220) are cut, and the plates are overlapped to form the body. The cut parts of neighboring plates are crossed to form a mixed gas passage and a plurality of flame holes(110d,120d,130d,140d,150d,160d,170d). Flame holes with small and large sectional area are sequentially connected in series.
