An ink composition for manufacturing a color filter is provided to ensure excellent chemical resistance of ink, to realize high contrast ratio, and to improve membrane hardeness, stability and function of the color filter. An ink composition for manufacturing a color filter comprises acrylic binder resin 1-20 weight% having acid value of 60-300 mgKOH/g; a polymerizable monomer 1-20 weight%; pigment of 2-30 weight%; thermal polymerization initiator 0.1-5 weight%; and solvent having high boiling point 40-90 weight%. The acrylic binder resin has the average molecular weight of 1,000-200,000. |
