PURPOSE: A water-soluble paint composition is provided to minimize volatile organic compounds, to ensure excellent concealment property, water resistance, antifouling property, abrasion resistance, durability, water resistance, alkali resistance, and weather resistance. CONSTITUTION: A water-soluble paint composition comprises 20~30 weight% of an acrylic emersion resin, 10~20 weight% of heat-insulating pigment, 10~20 weight% of hollow pigment, and 30~45 weight% of additives. The glass transition temperature(Tg) of the acryl emulsion resin is 0~30 °C. In the heat-insulating pigment, inorganic heat-insulating pigment(chrome- and non-chrome based), organic heat-insulating pigment(azomethineazo- and lilene-based), and pigment using titanium oxide of dark blue mixed pigments(monochrome-based). |
