PURPOSE:To prevent a developer from being charged electrostatically and condensed and to obtain an excellent image, and to remove the slide sound of a spiral member by using conductive synthetic resin whose volume resistivity is within a specific range for the internal wall of a developer return passage. CONSTITUTION:A toner conveyance part 92 communicates with a toner reception part 90 and a discharge part 91 and formed of the communicating tube 111 of the toner return passage 108 and the spiral member 112 which conveys toner, and the internal wall 108a of the toner return passage 108 consists of the conductive synthetic resin which is based upon nylon and polyacetal and has <=10<8>OMEGA.cm volume resistivity. Thus, the internal wall 108a of this toner return passage 108 is made of the conductive synthetic resin with good slide characteristics, so the toner is prevented from being charged electrostatically and condensed owing to friction charging between the internal wall 108 and toner, so an excellent image is obtained and the slide sound of the spiral member 112 is prevented from being generated. |
