PEELING APPARATUS FOR RECYCLING AGGREGATE BY GRAVITY, KINETIC ENERGY BY SPINNING AND FRICTION ENERGY

PURPOSE: A recycled aggregate processing apparatus using gravity, kinetic energy generated by rotation and friction is provided to improve quality of a product by primary treating with a drum having rotating vanes and secondary surface treating of the recycled aggregate. CONSTITUTION: A recycled aggregate processing apparatus using gravity, kinetic energy generated by rotation and friction comprises a first processing unit and a second processing unit. The first processing unit is composed of a plurality of drums(20,21) having a plurality of rotating vanes(22) which rotate inserted aggregates. A plurality of drums of the first processing unit is perpendicularly installed to moving direction of aggregates within the first processing unit. A plurality of drums is respectively arranged in zig-zag shape in order to be closed to side wall bodys(100,102,104). The second processing unit is composed of a cylindrical wall body(110) and a peeling screw(130) installed in a cylindrical wall body. The second processing unit re-eliminates cement mortar and waste argon asphalt using the peeling screw.
