PURPOSE: A WAV panel which has lacquer layer and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to not cause the efflorescence in the surface protection layer when molding the WAV panel in which a cast is deep, and to not cause bending in the completed WAV panel since having no contraction in the surface protection layer after molding the WAV. CONSTITUTION: The WAV panel having lacquer layer includes; a finishing hoil(15) attached to the surface of medium density fiberboard(7); a mirror plate(1), in which WAV is formed, thermocompressed in the surface or the finishing foil; and WAV of the mirror plate coined at the upper part of the finishing hoil and medium density fiberboard. The finishing hoil is a thermal curing lacquer layer(21) hoil that removed the heat change at the coining process by coating lacquer at the upper part of the acrylic resin impregnated paper and thermosetting the coated lacquer. The printing layer is more formed in the acrylic resin impregnated paper surface by printing the pattern having the chromatics of the impregnation former or the post-impregnation predetermined and shape.
