PURPOSE: A feed admixture for culturing flatfish containing a garlic extract and a mushroom extract is provided to enable the flatfish to easily digest feed, and to improve the immune strength of the flatfish. CONSTITUTION: A feed admixture for culturing flatfish contains 0.5-5 parts of garlic extract by weight, 0.25-0.4 parts of mushroom extract by weight, 0.0001-0.015 parts of water-soluble organic clay by weight, and 0.01-0.5 parts of water-soluble polymeric chitoic acid by weight for 100 parts of conventional fish feed by weight.
