The system (1) has a cylindrical tower body composed of an assembly formed by a light metallic structure i.e. lattice, wrapped from top to bottom with industrial fabric, where the system is stabilized by guy wires or auxiliary structures (9). The guy wires are formed of cables and the auxiliary structures are formed of metallic frameworks. Foundation (6) of the system, foundations (7) of the guy wires and foundation of the auxiliary structures are insulated from each other.
