THE REDUCING SYSTEM OF ELECTRIC POWER CONSUMPTION USING DEMAND RESPONSE EVENT AND THE REDUCING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A system for reducing electric power consumption using demand response event is provided to reduce costs for establishing electric facilities by reducing power consumption during power consumption peak period. CONSTITUTION: A power-saving system(100) is installed within an end consumer facility. The power-saving system is connected to an LA provider(300) and ISO(200) through network. The power-saving system measures load on the end consumer facility and controls the operation state. The wall pad(102) of the power-saving system announces the DR event. The smart socket(104) of the power-saving system controls the power supply amount in real time.
