PURPOSE: A piezoelectric linear motor is provided to lower manufacture cost by simplified and miniaturized structure. CONSTITUTION: A guide member is attached to an elastic member. The piezoelectric element is attached to single-side or both sides of the elastic member. The both ends of the piezoelectric element attached to the lower part of the elastic member are attached to one or more first piezoelectric drive units. One or more first piezoelectric drive units comprise a base having one or more fixing leads. A guide member and one or more elastic member leads are formed in the elastic member. The piezoelectric element is attached to single-side or both sides of the elastic member. One or more second piezoelectric drive units are attached to the lower part of the elastic member. One or more second piezoelectric drive units comprise the base. The first piezoelectric drive unit is fixed to the printed circuit board through the fixing lead. The second piezoelectric drive unit is elastically fixed to the printed circuit board through the elastic member lead. |
