PURPOSE: A touch screen device using a vibrating optical reflector is provided to sense a touch location according to the change of the amount of light reception. CONSTITUTION: A light progress pattern is formed on a substrate member(110). A vibration reflecting module supplies a reflective light according to a light progress pattern of the substrate member. A light receiving unit has a light receiving sensing module. At least one light receiving sensing module receives a reflective light through the light progress pattern. A touch screen controlling unit(140) outputs a location coordinate of an object which touches a substrate member.
