PURPOSE: A method for preparing cross-linked poly(lactic acid) moldings is provided to improve heat resistance and mechanical properties of biodegradable poly(lactic acid) moldings by crosslinking poly(lactic acid) moldings through ultraviolet irradiation. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing cross-linked poly(lactic acid) moldings comprises the steps of: (i) preparing a mixture by mixing poly(lactic acid) moldings with photoinitiators; and (ii) irradiating ultraviolet rays to the mixing poly(lactic acid) moldings mixed with photoinitiators and crosslinking the resultant. The photoinitiator is a hydrogen-substituted photoinitiator. The concentration of the photoinitiator is 1-20 weight%.
