The support has a turntable (1) with fixing units e.g. mounting holes (11, 13, 15), for fixing the support for a monument of a cabin, and side supports (2-4) defining a housing with the turntable to receive a box. The side supports are mounted in an adjustable manner in position on the turntable via adjusting units. The side supports have upper and lower arms (7, 8) extending in an extension direction. The arms and the turntable have complementary adjustment units to regulate the position of the arms on the turntable. A supporting body (5) is provided at a distance from the turntable.
