<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily-manufacturable conductive honeycomb structure capable of changing variously an electric resistance value. <P>SOLUTION: This conductive honeycomb structure 1 includes: a substrate 10 formed of a conductive ceramic sintered body, and including a plurality of cells 15 divided by a plurality of partitions 14 installed in a row extendedly in a single axial direction Z; a slit part 11 opened to one end of the axial direction of the substrate, and extending in the axial direction without reaching the other end; and a non-sintered filling material 12 filled inside the slit part, and having electric insulating property or a smaller electric conductivity than the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
