<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve browsability of sentences constituting a medical document in which medical information is described and reduce a doctor's burden to browse the sentences. <P>SOLUTION: A report creation terminal has sets of a phrase and a particle constituting a remark sentence, primary and secondary remark sentence creation definitions in which order of the sets is registered and an evaluation reference table storing input phrases of a term selection button selected and inputted when creating a remark sentence and their numbers of selection. When an input phrase with a biggest number of selection is selected and inputted by the term selection button, an edition processing part creates a remark sentence using the secondary remark sentence creation definition so that the input phrase is located at the beginning of a clause. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
