<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form each element on the same layer as a power source line while suppressing the resistance of the power source line. <P>SOLUTION: On a surface of a substrate 10, a driver transistor Tdr, an element conduction part 71, an initialization transistor Tint, and a connection part 61 are disposed. The driver transistor Tdr controls the amount of current supplied from a power source line 15 to a light-emitting element E. The element conduction part 71 electrically connects the driver transistor Tdr and the light-emitting element E to each other. The initialization transistor Tint is turned on for diode-connecting the driver transistor Tdr. The connection part 61 electrically connects the driver transistor Tdr and the initialization transistor Tint to each other. The power source line 15 extends in an X direction. The element conduction part 71 and the connection part 61 are formed on the same layer as the power source line 15, and are located on one side in a direction (Y direction) of the width of the power source line 15 with the driver transistor Tdr interposed therebetween when seen from a direction perpendicular to the substrate 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
