<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door lock structure for a vehicle, for achieving high safety and anti-theft performance while preventing the interference of cables. <P>SOLUTION: In an operation part 7 for opening a door 1, when an opening operation is received, a cable 9 for opening is moved by a first moving amount, the opening operation is transmitted to a door lock mechanism 10, and the door 1 is opened. In an operation part 6 for locking, when a locking operation is received, a cable 8 for locking is moved by a second moving amount smaller than the first moving amount, the locking operation is transmitted to the door lock mechanism 10, and the door 1 is locked. Then, the cable 9 for opening and the cable 8 for locking are both included in a cable cover 20.
