<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jam of all fruits with an active wild yeast raw jam enzyme produced by instant ice freezing, and a method of manufacture. <P>SOLUTION: The jam with an active wild yeast raw jam enzyme produced by instant ice freezing is obtained by lightly mixing granulated sugar with fruit inside a container in a weight ratio of 1 of granulated sugar to 3 of fruit, and leaving for less than one hour to allow the taste and aroma of the fruit to also penetrate the parts of the jam other than the fruit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
