<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve with a reserve tank including a two-position solenoid valve connecting a rod side cylinder chamber and a head side cylinder chamber of a single rod cylinder through a port. <P>SOLUTION: The solenoid valve 10 with the reserve tank includes: a valve 11; a solenoid 12 mounted to one side of both side surfaces of the valve 11; and a variable displacement type tank 13 mounted to the other side of both the side surfaces of the valve 11. The solenoid 12 includes a coil assembly 14 and a tube assembly 15 which are integrated by a nut 16 for fixing. In the variable displacement type tank 13, a projection 51 of a tank body 50 is screwed to a valve body 37, and a stepped recessed part 52 formed in the projection 51 communicates with a cylinder chamber 57a formed in the tank body 50.
