<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a forward and rearward movement lever strikes on a column cover by wrong operation to cause damage to the column cover in the conventional composition. <P>SOLUTION: Concerning the forward and rearward movement lever 13 for performing forward and rearward movement of a machine arranged in the neighborhood of a handle column 11, a tractor provides a locking piece 16 projected from a boss part 15 integrally rotated with a lever shaft 14 of the forward and rearward movement lever between the forward and rearward movement lever 13 and the handle column 11 supporting it, and provides a U-shaped stopper plate 19 for preventing need or more rotation of the locking piece 16. In addition, the stopper plate 19 is positioned in the front face side of an attaching bracket 17 projected lateral sideward from the handle column 11, and arranged in the inside of the column cover 12.
