<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide geodate delivery vehicles, methods for manufacturing and administering the same. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle includes a lipid monolayer disposed about a hydrophobic domain which can be a part of an emulsion or other mixture, or further disposed in a lipid strata. The vehicle also includes a lipid strata disposed about a hydrophobic domain. The vehicle can be incorporated into a variety of medicinal, food preparations, and personal care products to deliver or stabilize a cargo moiety.
