<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functionally enhanced water information communication infrastructure system adapted to an information communication infrastructure of the international computerization economic society such as a cloud by solving the problem that a conventional functionally enhanced water information communication infrastructure system is formed by shifting a sample measurement system, etc. based on a concept formed in a period when an information infrastructure of society is not fully developed to an information system and becomes a situation which cannot respond to a request of rapid economic society. <P>SOLUTION: The above problem is solved by providing a functionally enhanced water information communication infrastructure system which is equipped with: functionally enhanced water information collection processing means for collecting information regarding water functionality enhancement means by which functionality of water is enhanced such as concentration increase of vanadium water, nano correspondence water, hydrogen water, ion water, etc. to perform information processing; functionally enhanced water standard information processing means for specifying an evaluation standard to perform information processing; and functionally enhanced water evaluation information processing means for performing statistic information processing such as evaluation standard contrast of a state of functional enhancement, and constructs the functionally enhanced water information communication infrastructure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
