<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and remotely operate an omnidirectional moving body by using an operation device. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle target position and velocity calculator 504 of the omnidirectional moving body 500 determines a moving target position of a vehicle 500 from the positional relationship between a position of an operator detected by an operation device sensor unit 402 and a position of the operation device 400, and generates an operation vector for moving to this moving target position from a vehicle position detected in a vehicle sensor unit 501.
