<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate an impact to a floor face and to improve a degree of freedom for improving a depressing feeling. <P>SOLUTION: A foot board 20 is configured to rotationally turn with respect to a base 10 by a first turning shaft 18, and an arm is configured to rotationally turn with respect to the foot board 20 by a second rotational shaft 23 so as to constitute a link mechanism. A displacement trajectory of a mass portion 22 provided at a rear end 21b of the arm is regulated in the forward/rearward direction by a guide groove 14a.
